Microsoft Cutting Down On Holding Your Data

Software giant Microsoft said it would slash by two thirds the time it holds Internet users' personal data gathered from search queries. The US giant, behind the Bing search engine, called on market leader Google to do likewise during a Brussels press conference.

No More IP Addresses?

Vint Cerf, also known as the father of the Internet, warned that we'd run out of IP addresses by 2010. That didn't happen.
